Do a series of test when you are planning to work on these repairs. The said tests are meant to measure just how much you need to take apart the machine so that it will work like new once again. If the tests show favorable results, then there is no need to do any repairs on the machine.

Since you are going to do the repairs, you might need to remove some parts from the machine. For the parts, make sure that you keep them in a safe place. If there are bolts, screws, or nuts that you have removed, keep them together with the parts that they have been taken from so you do not lose a single one.

Always remember what screws and parts go together. This is because you have to put the right screws back where you have taken them upon reassembling. If there is even one screw missing or when you have made a mistake, you will end up damaging the machine.
